Consult your doctor about taking this medication with food. The caplet may be chewed. Swallow the DHA capsule whole; do not crush, split, or chew it. Do not take this medication with dairy products. Do not take antacids within an hour prior to taking Select-OB + DHA, or until two hours after.

Before taking Select-OB + DHA, tell your doctor if:

• You are allergic to fish oil, any vitamins or medications, or any of the ingredients in the Select-OB + DHA kit
• You are nursing a child

What are the possible side effects of taking Select-OB + DHA?

Side effects have been reported by those taking Select-OB + DHA. Common symptoms include diarrhea, constipation, changes in stool color, upset stomach, mild nausea, or vomiting. What if I forget to take a dose of Select-OB + DHA?

If you forget to take Select-OB + DHA ­­at the appointed time, do so as soon as you remember and are able. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the one missed and return to the original schedule. Do not increase the number of caplets or capsules taken or change the schedule to make up for one that was missed.

How do I store Select-OB + DHA?

Keep Select-OB + DHA in its original packaging, out of the reach of children and away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not remove the chewable tablet or the soft gel capsule until it is time to take them. Do not allow the soft gel capsule to freeze. What happens if I overdose on Select-OB + DHA?

If it is thought that an overdose of Select-OB + DHA has occurred, contact the Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222. If the individual has stopped breathing or lost consciousness, contact Emergency Services at 911. Symptoms of an overdose may include weakened pulse, lethargy and sluggishness, not feeling alert, balance problems, black or tarry stools, diarrhea, pale skin, severe nausea, chest pain, vomiting, stomach pain, shortness of breath or other breathing difficulties, or seizures.
