What is tadalafil?

Tadalafil may cause permanent vision loss; do not drive, operate heavy machinery or equipment, use power tools, or handle firearms or explosives until its effects are known. Tadalafil may cause a sudden hearing loss in one or both ears. Drinking alcohol may exacerbate any side effects.
