What is CitraNatal Harmony?
CitraNatal Harmony is a prenatal vitamin that contains essential nutrients such as iron, calcium, vitamin D, folic acid and B vitamins. It also contains DHA (omega-3). CitraNatal prenatal vitamins contain a form of iron that is easy on the stomach as well as docusate sodium to help prevent constipation. Unlike the other CitraNatal vitamins, CitraNatal Harmony is a single-capsule dose; however, it does not contain some of the other nutrients that the other CitraNatal vitamins contain.
How do I take CitraNatal Harmony?
