Signs of an overdose may include weakened pulse, chest pain, seizures, diarrhea, severe nausea or stomach pain, vomiting, balance problems, bloody, black, or tarry stools, breathing difficulties, sluggishness or lethargy, balance problems, and pale skin.

Accidental overdoses of Natelle One may cause of fatal iron poisoning in children under six. This product may cause an allergic sensitization to folic acid.
